We built BrewClaw to help people — not to collect data about them. This policy explains plainly what information we hold, why we hold it, and how you can control or delete it.

BrewClaw is operated by Divy Kairoth, based in Gurugram, India. When this policy says “BrewClaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to us.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by our payment processor who is PCI-DSS compliant.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
Running BrewClaw requires us to share certain data with trusted third-party services. Here is who they are and what they see:

We choose providers that are privacy-conscious and compliant with applicable regulations. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in cloud infrastructure primarily located in the United States (Vercel, Neon). By using BrewClaw, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to divy@brewclaw.com.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days by default to allow your AI to reference recent context. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised analytics and aggregated usage data may be retained longer.
We may retain certain data longer if required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes).

BrewClaw is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
